Role Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day business with customers in Ukraine & Moldova region. Is responsible about promote and offer GA solutions to customers, looking for opportunities and provide technical and commercial support for customer.
Essential Responsibilities: The main responsibilities are: Deploy Grid Automation commercial strategy in the region, have vision, understand competitors’ positions. Drive Go to Market and channels deployment strategy. Contribute to the Grid Solutions and Grid Automation strategy in relation with Unit Commercial Leader. Foster the identification of new business opportunities, develop business and identify new opportunities to grow market share. Looking for sales opportunities in Ukraine & Moldova Looking for opportunities and recognize customers’ needs for M&D, protection, DCS system and support projects Secure proper manage of customer complaints requesting a product bug fixing or suggesting a product enhancement Invite and secure product training for customers reporting of day-to-day basic sales work Cooperate with other GE organization in region
Qualifications/Requirements: • Education / Experience - Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering, or closely related discipline) - 2-5 years experiences as sales engineer - Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian and English; - PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Office, etc.),
• Specific knowledge - Monitoring & Diagnostic method of HV transformer - Protection and control technologies, communication networks - A high level of presentation skills - Sales method and working with customers (a specially with Ukrenergo in Ukraine)
• Business Understanding - knowledge of Electrical Power Systems and Protection Applications - Good knowledge of Distribution & Transmission Utility and Industrial markets
• General - Enthusiastic and participative team working style - Excellent written/oral communication skills & interpersonal skills - Customer focused - Proficiency with presenting and demonstrating technology solutions to customers - Ability to travel up to 50%+ of time
