Role Summary: Position based in Belgium, reporting directly to the Sales Director, Central Europe. Responsibility for public sales, margin and growth of market share in the region. The main goal is to increase revenue in the region by developing his/her role as an expert sales representative to EPC and Petrochemicals customers in particular.
Essential Responsibilities: Revenue:
Achievement of sales targets defined by the manager. Precise drafting of sales forecasts in their sector
Implementation of an action plan corresponding to the region’s development potential
Development of a strategy to set our company apart, develop and protect the business
Responsibility for qualification or projects, organization and rolling out of demonstrations, customer visits
Responsibility for customer satisfaction
Responsibility for setting up and finalizing financial files in compliance with in-house revenue recognition processes. Must apply in-house rules
Technical qualification in electronics/electricity
Sales experience in a technical environment (panels, inverters and medium voltage)
Excellent sales skills: receptiveness, good summarizing capability, good communication skills, persistent, effective negotiator
Ability to build sustainable customer relationships with the aim of developing own expertise and to also help develop the site
Personal development skills: curiosity, ambition, team spirit, enthusiasm, results-driven
Written and spoken Dutch and English, French preferred
The ideal candidate has up-to-date knowledge of the market, engineering firms, the main stakeholders and competitors
In-depth sales experience, if possible in the field of electric systems solutions (transformers, Low Voltage panels, Inverters and batteries)
Experience with presenting business value at the C-suite of any major organization in the region
Proven analytical skills, able to understand the business dynamics, strategy and potential of various types of our customers
Experience working through the project development process
Persuasive skills to influence the decision-making process; ability to clearly present and articulate a value proposition
Tenacious approach along with a self-motivated attitude and ability to perform well under pressure and deliver results
Enthusiastic and ambitious individual with a flexible approach to work, willing to be part of a well established team
