Role Summary: Focusing on the healthcare provider leader challenge of “lack of systematic leadership training”, design, pick and deliver leadership training and development programs. Collaborate with different function to build up the integrated marketing Plan on customer education and development, ensuring execution of coherent and impactful marketing strategy.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Identifying core competence of customer leadership development 2. Futuristic, developing and updating customer leadership training model 3. Designing, developing, revising and conducting training/ training programs base on both the organization’s and individual’s needs 4. Capture customer insights and conduct demand analysis 5. Ensuring that statutory training requirement are met 6. Evaluating effectiveness and business return of the training and programs conducted 7. Organizing the development of training material and keeping it up to date. 8. Measure effectiveness of leadership training
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years’ healthcare industry or related experience 2. Outstanding communication, presentation and facilitation skills 3. Design leadership courses and training program 4. Ability to build strong working relationship internally and externally 5. Restorative, solve complex problem 6. Strong project management skill 7. Ideation and futuristic
